Welcome two new Voc brothers! ~kiwimouse (https://www.deviantart.com/kiwimouse) and :icondiscworlddarling:
Since there are hundreds of Doctor Who clubs on DA currently, :iconthecosmicdancer: and :iconildico: decided to make a club pertaining to one of the most popular stories in DW's history - The Robots of Death. This episode is one of the few stories within the DW universe to take on a (licensed) life of its own outside of that arc with the Kaldor City audio dramas, proving that this particular storyline can stand on its own without the Doctor's help

I want the robots of death in the new series

Vocs help defeat the cybermen by reprogramming them
The vocs save the doctor from a massive blunder that could have destroyed time itself
Taren Capel reincarnates and raises a voc and heavenly host army to wreak havoc
Hey how about a voc being unearthed in a torchwood episode

But I haven't got a copy, Darn, life can be so cruel

I know what you mean, I think that the new series could benefit greatly from having some Vocs reappear!
~Ildico and I have tossed many possibilities of what the Vocs could have done if they came back, and even if D84 had become ond of the Doctor's companions.
I think having them in Torchwood would be interesting, they had a Cyberman/woman, so who knows O_O
You can try to see if ebay or amazon has a cheap copy of the DVD, or if youtube has any clips up, definately worth watching
